Returns
Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Peace Entertainment, Inc. takes about 4-9 business days to create custom apparel products. This timeframe includes authorization and verification of your order, placement and waiting for turn in the production queue, print-on-demand of your specific order, hand sewing of your garment, quality control and packaging. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type, destination and your shipping choice at checkout. Shipping time can vary from overnight to 10 business days. Free shipping in the continental US takes 3 - 5 business days until delivery.
Once you have clicked on the "Pay Now" button, it might not be possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please contact us at info@peaceentmedia.com. Peace Entertainment, Inc. is not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
The risk of loss for shipped products pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Peace Entertainment, Inc. will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
